What We Do

Our work spans three main areas. We design and deliver architectural builds for clients who want something distinctive – homes that reflect how they actually live and are built to perform for decades. How We Work

Our site foreman runs a clean, tidy, and well-organised site at every stage. They have a thorough understanding of NZ weathertightness standards including 3604 and E2, and everything is built to code so that inspections run smoothly and there are no surprises for the client. We schedule carefully and communicate constantly – if something changes on site, you will hear about it from us before you have to ask.

We know a job has been done properly when the details are right, including the parts that will never be visible once the build is complete. If nothing has been rushed or overlooked and the client is genuinely satisfied, that is the result we are aiming for. It is a standard we apply consistently across every project, regardless of size or complexity.
